Postdocs:
Candidates for Abrahams Fellowships
The Center for Materials Theory (CMT) at Rutgers University is seeking outstanding postdoctoral associates to join our team of researchers. Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Associate position in Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics, beginning in September 2023.
The CMT expects to fill one opening for an Abrahams Postdoctoral Fellow, who will have enhanced freedom to work with multiple faculty members under the auspices of the CMT. In addition, several grant-funded positions associated with specific faculty are also anticipated
The position comes with travel funds and quality health insurance. The salary is commensurate to the candidate’s level of expertise and experience.
The applicant’s cover letter should mention the names of faculty members whose interests are most closely aligned with those of the candidate and should specify whether they wish to be considered for the Abrahams Postdoctoral Fellowship Program.
Undergraduates:
Undergraduate research opportunities with center PIs are available and readily encouraged. We suggest interested students to contact the faculty of interest directly after completing the first 2 years of coursework.
