I am a condensed matter theorist working on strongly correlated quantum materials. I use analytical and phenomenological approaches to study the many-body behavior in a broad range of systems, seeking to deduce the concepts underlying their behavior. Some resent topics are: application of twistronics to superconductors, quantum criticality in polar metals, spectroscopy of excitonic insulators

My research focuses on inorganic ferroelectric, multiferroic, and multifunctional materials. We are also collaborating with experimentalists to explore the theoretical explanation of the observed intriguing experimental phenomena.

I am currently studying the non-perturbative effects of disorder on Weyl semimetals. I am also interested in modeling flat band lattice models, and study the effects of interaction in such systems.
